By registering, depositing, or placing any bet on Stake India, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
1. Account Rules
One account per person/household/IP is permitted. Multiple accounts lead to permanent closure and forfeiture of balances. Indian players must provide accurate information; false details void all winnings.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals and Refunds
Deposits are instant and irreversible. Withdrawals are processed within minutes for crypto/UPI and up to 3 business days for bank transfers. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds verification for large fiat withdrawals. No chargebacks are accepted.
3. Bonus and Promotion Rules
All bonuses carry wagering requirements clearly stated on the promotion page. Bonus abuse (minimal-risk wagering, opposite betting) results in bonus cancellation and possible account restrictions. Maximum bet while using bonus funds is ₹500 unless otherwise specified.
4. Betting Rules
Settled bets are final. Obvious pricing errors may be voided with stakes refunded. Maximum payout per bet or combination is $1,000,000 USD equivalent. Stake India follows official result sources for settlement.
5. Responsible Gaming
Players can set deposit, loss, wager, and session limits at any time. Self-exclusion requests (minimum 6 months) are honoured immediately. We cooperate fully with Indian authorities on problem-gambling matters.
6. Termination and Account Closure
We may suspend or close accounts for breach of terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion. Remaining withdrawable balances will be returned minus any owed fees.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any dispute not resolved through customer support will be settled by Curacao courts. Indian players may also approach local consumer forums if applicable.
